The objective of this WP is to guarantee the fulfilment of the project goals on time within the limits defined by the quality standards and budgetary framework imposed by the EU. This WP will be responsible of the financial and administrative management, and it will coordinate the scientific, technical, and financial matters, project planning and evaluation of the project progress, while focus the attention on quality assurance

The primary objective of WP2 is to formally establish CSC-EDIC as a fully functional legal entity, equipped with the necessary governance structures, personnel, infrastructure, and financial systems to ensure smooth and effective operations. This work package focuses on setting up the foundational elements required for the organization to manage its future activities, including training programs, collaborations, and administrative tasks.

The primary objective of WP3 is to establish CSC-EDIC as the Secretariat for the Industry-Academia Network, which will serve as a forum for collaboration between academic institutions, industry leaders, and public authorities. CSC- EDIC will facilitate knowledge exchange, align cybersecurity education and research with industry needs, and set strategic priorities for developing a skilled cybersecurity workforce in Europe. This work package ensures effective coordination and communication between stakeholders and supports the continuous development of cybersecurity talent across member states.

The primary objective of WP4 is to establish the Cybersecurity Skills Hub (CSH) in an EDIC MS, which will serve as a specialized EDIC center of excellence for cybersecurity skills assessment and capacity building for various focus groups such as critical infrastructure operators, public authorities, as well as SMEs. The CSC-EDIC organization will take an active role in supporting the development and uptake of European individual skills attestation schemes.

The main objective of WP5 is to ensure the effective dissemination of the project’s results and to raise awareness of CSC-EDIC’s activities and outcomes among key stakeholders, policymakers, and the general public. This work package aims to establish a strong communication strategy that promotes the project’s goals, highlights its impact, and ensures widespread visibility across Europe. It also seeks to engage a broad range of stakeholders through targeted outreach and communication efforts, fostering support and collaboration for the project.
